With a career starting in 1998, Robert has developed a broad and profound skill set in all facets of commercial real estate. Having worked with numerous private and institutional real estate organizations throughout his career, he continues to provide value added real estate expertise to Landmark clients.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) both from the John Molson School of Business at Montréal’s Concordia University and is an accredited SIOR member.

With over 10 years of corporate real estate experience, Jacob has completed hundreds of real estate transactions in major, secondary and tertiary markets across North America. Jacob specializes in developing, implementing and executing tailored real estate optimization strategies which have resulted in millions of dollars in tangible savings for our clients.

Jacob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the John Molson School of Business at Montréal’s Concordia University and is an accredited SIOR member.

Doron Altman
 

Doron Altman
Board Member

Doron was educated at U.C.L.A. in California, McGill University in Montreal and Concordia University in Montreal.

The early stages of his career were concentrated mainly on brokerage and leasing activities. Thereafter from the mid-70’s onwards. Doron became involved in development whereby he has developed several retail, commercial and industrial properties located in Quebec, Ontario and the United States.

Luc acquired his B. Comm. in Marketing in 1977, and his MBA in finance in 1980, from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal (H.E.C.).

Prior to joining Landmark in 2011, he held executive positions in public and private corporations. From 2007 to 2011, he held senior positions at Canderel Group (a private real estate company), between 1998 to 2007, he was Chief Financial Officer at Gaz Metro until 2003 and subsequently President and Chief Executive of Gaz Metro Plus.

Harvey Elman - MBA
Board Member

A native of Montreal, Harvey was educated at McGill University (BSc) and then Columbia University, New York (MBA). His banking career began with Citibank, first in New York and then London, England.

He then transferred to the Mercantile Bank of Canada, a Citibank subsidiary in Montreal, where he served as Vice-President and Senior Real Estate Credit Officer. His career in real estate development began 30 years ago when he and Doron Altman founded Landmark.
